I have been working with children, adolescents and families for 20+ years in a variety of professional setting such as churches, detention centers, group homes and outpatient clinics. I am a father of 3 teens and have been married since 1982.

I have two primary passions in counseling; adolescents and marriage counseling. I find adolescents an awesome and delightful group of kids to work with. Regardless of it’s reputation I believe that adolescence is the most exciting years of a child’s life. Marriage counseling, while challenging, brings me a great deal of satisfaction. I’ve seen the results of divorce on families, and when I can have a part in preventing that then the challenge is well worth it.

One of the keys to a successful counseling experience is being comfortable with your therapist. With that in mind, after the first session, should you choose not to continue services with me, will not billed.
